Charlotte Rice (Rice) Harper

     Dr. Charlotte Harper, age 65, of Hartwell, Georgia passed July 26, 2016. 

     Funeral service will be 11 am, Friday, July 29, 2016 at Flat rock C.M.E. Church, Hartwell, GA. Dr. Harper will be placed in the church Friday, at 10 am until hour of service. 

     Survivors include her spouse, Woodrow Harper Jr.; children, Charlene McGlockling, Avery Harper; step daughter, Sharon Lawrence; sister, Dorothy Fouch; 5 grandchildren.
