Graveside service will be 11:30 am Saturday, October 1, 2016 at Fork Creek Church Cemetery, Carlton, GA.

Survivors include her; mother: Tamara Anderson; father: William Slappy Jr; grandmothers: Hattie Davenport, Lisa Conner; and grandfather: William Slappy Sr.
