I did not know the family but I'd still like to offer them my condolences. During times of loss, much comfort can be gained by reading scripture. The scriptures contain the promises of God and Titus 1:2 says "God can not lie." So, we can put our faith in the hope that He offers to us. Please note the words of First Corinthians 15:21,22-"For since death came through a man, resurrection of the dead also comes through a man. For just as in Adam, all are dying so also in the CHRIST, all will be made alive."
