Funeral service will be Monday 11:00 am, September 11, 2017 at Mack’s Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elberton-Chapel. Burial will be in the Lincoln Heights cemetery.
Survivors include his children: Cheryl Moon, Terri Durrett, Tammy Harper, Randy Harper, Tracy Roebuck; brothers: Denver Harper, Bobby L. Harper; sisters: Azetta Bey, Betty Rucker, Lola Gillard, Beverly Harper; 8 grandchildren.
