     Shayne Harper, age 37 of Hartwell, GA passed Saturday, September 9, 2017.

     Funeral service will be 1pm Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Norman Grove C.M.E. Church, Elberton, Georgia. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

      Mr. Harper will be placed in the church at 12 noon Saturday until hour of Service.

      Survivors include his father, Algeria Harper; brother, Rendrick D. Harper; a host of uncles; aunts, cousin, other relatives and friends.
