Velma Lee (Norman) Durrett

    Velma Lee Durrett, age 93, of Hartwell, Georgia passed Sept. 26, 2016.

    Funeral service will be 4 pm Saturday, Oct. 1, 2016 at Sardis Baptist Church, Hartwell, GA. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mrs. Durrett will be placed in the church Saturday, at 3 pm until hour of service.

    Survivors include her children, Clara Yahn, Toomb Durrett, Samantha Lewis, Cathy Jones, Barbara Harper, Reginald Durrett; sister, Lula Miller; 33 grandchildren, 45 great grandchildren and 12 great great grandchildren.
