Funeral service 11 a.m., Saturday, April 30, 2016, at Maple Springs Baptist Church Dewy Rose Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Survivors include wife: Alma Jean Fouch Carter; children: Pamela White and Sandra Carter; brother: George Carter; sisters: Dorothy Elder and Deborah Carter Mullins; 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
