Franklin Delano Eberhardt

Mr. Franklin Delano Eberhardt, age 85 quietly passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at his residence in Elberton, GA.

Franklin Delano Eberhardt was born November 8, 1938 to the late Aaron Cade and Annie Ruth White Eberhardt.

Frank joined White’s Chapel C.M.E. Church at an early age. He was a faithful member until his health began to decline. He worked in the granite industry until his retirement. Frank was very dedicated to his family, church and career.

Frank was preceded in death by his father and mother; his wife: Ora Jean Arnold Eberhardt; four siblings: Gladys Downer, Margaret Burton, James Howard Eberhardt and Odessa Thompson.

Frank leaves to cherish his memories four children: Cal Glaze, Denise (Jeffery) Chisholm, Shameka (Robert) Gaither and Eric (Natasha) Eberhardt; eleven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; a sister: Julia (Clyde) Burton; four sister-in-laws: Kathleen Harris, Pamela Allen, Margaret Burton and Marion (Edward) Perrin.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 12, 2024, from 1:00 - 5:00pm, located at Mack's Funeral Home - Elberton Chapel. 

Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at 3;00pm, located at White's Chapel C.M.E. Church - Elberton, GA. 

Interment service will follow the funeral service at Lincoln Height's Cemetery - Elberton, GA.
