Clayborn Lewis Jr., age 76 of Elberton, Georgia entered his eternal rest on Sept. 10, 2019.

Funeral service will be 1:00 pm Saturday, Sept. 21, 2019 at Mack’s Funeral Home & Cremation Service- Elberton Chapel, located at 320 College Ave. Elberton, Georgia 30635.

Interment will be in the Lincoln Heights cemetery, Elberton, Georgia.

Survivors include his children, Brian Lewis, Kavin Lewis Sr., Mario Barnes, Tina Gaines, Rudolph Miller, Timothy Miller, Charlotte Gates; brothers, Jellest Lewis, Boris Lewis, Johnnie Lewis; a host of grandchildren, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
