I am so sorry for your loss. I have lost one of my dearest friends and will miss his phone calls, text messages and pictures of his grandchildren.
We have loss a kind and gentle person whom I had the pleasure of knowing. I will cherish our time together at SCSU.

My condolences to the Owens family. Larry is from my hometown, Holly Hill. His mom was one of my teachers when I was in eighth grade many years ago. I am sorry to hear of his death. The death of a loved one is a very difficult time. May you be comforted by the words found at Psalm 147:3 which says: He (God) heals the brokenhearted; He binds up their wounds. And the wonderful promise for the future at Isaiah 33:24 which says: And no resident will say: "I am sick". The people dwelling in the land will be pardoned for their error. These scriptures will help you cope with the grief and sadness at this time of bereavement.

I am so sorry to hear about Coach Owens passing. I have very fond memories of him. He was such a good man and cared for the children he coached and those that had the priviledge of riding his bus. My son, Matthew, was friends with the twins and just thought the world of Coach.
