Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M., Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Mack’s Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Elberton, GA. Burial will be in the Lincoln Height’s Cemetery, Elberton, GA.
Survivors include his brothers: Silva Banks and Norris Neal Banks; sisters: Ethelene Moon and Patricia Fleming; and a host of family and friends.
