Tiny’s Story
Annette Helen “Tiny” Carpenter, born on January 10, 1973, in Elberton, Georgia, entered into eternal rest after a life filled with love, laughter, and unwavering devotion to her family. She was the beloved daughter of the late Marion Ann (Jones) Carpenter and Horace Richard Carpenter, both of whom preceded her in death.
Tiny was educated in the Elbert County School System and proudly graduated from Elbert County Comprehensive High School. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, where her faith became the foundation of her life.
Known for her joyful spirit, Tiny loved singing, dancing, and cooking. Above all, she cherished spending time with her grandkids and “her girls,” who remained the center of her heart.
Tiny leaves to forever cherish her memory two daughters: Laquansala Bowman and Jacquesha (Tamia) Carpenter; and three grandchildren: Angel Teasley, Nevaeh Walker, and Brenten Hester.
She is also survived by four sisters: Rochelle (Anthony) Carpenter, Jill (Fredy) Davis, Lashunda Jones, and Lawanda Jones; uncles J.C. (Doris) Jones and Carl Jones; aunts Mattie Lee Carpenter Hill, Janie Mae Carpenter, and Donna Moon Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly.
Tiny’s warmth, kindness, and vibrant personality touched everyone who knew her. Her legacy of love and strength will continue to live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
