Bart William Starks, Sr., U.S. Army Veteran, age 78 of Bowersville, Georgia entered his eternal rest on Tuesday, May 18, 2021.

Graveside Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Sunday, May 23rd, 2021 at St. John CME Church Cemetery located at 640 St. John Church Rd., Hartwell, Georgia.

Interment will be in the St. John C.M.E. Church Cemetery, Hartwell, Georgia.

Survivors include his children, Bart William Starks, Jr., Inetta Starks, Sh’Del Starks; sister, Sally Carter; 10 grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home, Saturday night from 6:00pm-8:00 pm.
