Charlie Belle (Wilbur) Cobb

Mrs. Charlie Belle (Wilbur) Cobb, a former educator in the Hart County School System, departed this life on January 18, 2026, at the age of 86. Mrs. Cobb, along with her husband, the late Mr. Alfred Cobb, touched the lives of countless children during their years of dedicated service at Hart County Training School.

Local visitation for Mrs. Cobb will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Mack's Funeral Home-Hartwell Chapel.

An additional visitation will be held on Friday, February 6, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at White Oak Spring Missionary Baptist Church Winder, GA

Funeral Service for Mrs. Cobb will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at 11:00 AM at White Oak Spring Missionary Baptist Church, Winder, GA

Interment following funeral service at Barrow Memorial Gardens
