Clara Louise (Brown) Drinkard

Clara Louise (Brown) Drinkard was born May 18, 1956, to the late Julius C. Brown and Mary Frances (Burton) Brown. She departed this life April 3, 2025, in Gainesville Ga. Hospice Center.

She was known for her BIG Heart, the love for her family and she attended Crossroads Baptist Church in Toccoa, GA where she joined at an early age and served on the choir and the usher board.

She is preceded in death by her father, Julius C. Brown; mother, Mary Frances (Burton) Brown; five brothers, James Link, Claudine Ramsey, John Thomas Brown, Donald Brown and Billy Brown; three sisters, Mary Ann Brown, Martha Burtch and Shirley Jean Brown.

She leaves to cherish her memories her two sons: Victor Shon Brown of Toccoa, Ga., Leonard Rome Brown of Toccoa, Ga.; one brother: Joseph Brown of Toccoa, Ga.; one sister: Eugenia (Alvin) Caldwell of Columbus, Ohio; six grandchildren: one being reared in the home Lindsey Jones, three great grandchildren; two uncles, three aunts, and a host of nieces and nephews. She also had a very special friend that she loved dearly Oscila Tabor.

She truly will be missed.

Public viewing will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 12:00 - 5:00pm, located at Mack's Funeral Home - Hartwell Chapel. 

Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2025, at 1:00pm, located at Crossroads Church - Toccoa, Ga. 

Interment service will follow the funeral service located at Crossroad Church Cemetery - Toccoa, Ga.
