Edward Austin McIntosh

Mr. Edward Austin McIntosh, age 75, peacefully passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at his residence.

Today, we celebrate the life of Edward Austin McIntosh aka "Big Daddy." He was born on October 13, 1948, to the late Matthew and Virginia McIntosh in Hartwell, Ga. Edward was a
hardworking partner, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Edward lived a life of happiness and a lot of trash talking. He brought laughter and love wherever he went.

Edward was proceeded in death by his long-term partner Mary Redden, two brothers Herman (Rudy) McIntosh, Donnie McIntosh, two sisters, Mary Alice McIntosh and Constance Rucker, two nephews Corey L Rucker and Kenyon L Rucker.

Left to carry on his legacy is his daughter Zabrina McIntosh of Anderson and niece Shanrika McIntosh (Ryan) Johnson of Hartwell. One brother Larry McIntosh of Hartwell Ga, 3 Sisters Clemetine Rice of Boston Mass, Janice Ellison and Hellen Rucker of Hartwell, Ga. One Granddaughter Vyolette Gatewood of South Carolina, One sister-in-law Martha Greer (Robert) Campbell and family; special friends Stacy Campbell and family; 13 nieces and nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews, 13 great nieces and nephews, 3 great-great grands and a host of loving cousins and great friends.

Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 2:00pm, located at Mack's Funeral Home - Hartwell Chapel.
