With Grace, She Gave. With Love, She Led. With Joy, She Lived.

It is with heartfelt reverence that we announce the passing of Mrs. Gladys (Parks) Partlow, who entered eternal rest on September 6, 2025.

Mrs. Gladys Mae Parlow was born on July 23, 1948, to the late Clarence and Ollie Mae Parks of Lincolnton, GA. She peacefully entered eternal rest on September 6, 2025, at her residence.

She was baptized at a young age at New Tabernacle Baptist Church, where she faithfully served on the Mother’s Board. She was a pillar of the community, dedicating her time and leadership as the Director of the Project Division of the Pilot Club of Royston-Franklin Springs, Inc.

In 1991, Gladys was united in marriage to Mr. Johnny Partlow. Together, they shared 34 years of love and devotion. Although they had no children, their life together was a true testament to enduring love and commitment.

Gladys was known for her kind spirit, her generosity, and the joy she brought into the lives of those around her. She leaves to cherish her memories, her husband, Johnny Partlow of Royston, GA; two sons, Victor (Wanda) Elam of Harlem, GA and Jermaine Elam of College Park, GA; two step-daughters Venzella Stowers and Amanda Jones both of Athens, GA; one step-son, Kim( Natasha Richardson) Stowers of Royston, GA; one brother, Joe (Ruby) Parks of Greenwood, SC; two sisters, Lucille Hogan and Minnie Stokes, both of Lincolnton, GA; five brothers-in-law, Lucious (Gloria) Partlow, Michael (Cynthia) Partlow, Larry Partlow, Charles Partlow, James Partlow all of Royston, GA; three sisters-in-law, Evelyn Partlow-Bennett, Vanessa Partlow-Kinnebrew, and Joyce Partlow Bridges, all of Royston, GA; five grandchildren, Lakeitha Searles of Grovetown, GA; DeOnys Jackson and Jermaine Elam, both of Atlanta, GA; JaMya Elam and Deja Stith both of Baton Rouge, LA; Jaxon Elam of Fairburn, GA; four great-grandchildren, Chloe and Blake Searles of Grovetown, GA; Jordan Norman and Morgan Partlow of Lincolnton, GA; Saylor Jackson of Fairburn, GA; three devoted friends, Willie Eva Norman, Jennie Rucker, and Willena Johnson; a host of nieces, nephews, god-children, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial Service will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 1:00pm, located at New Tabernacle Baptist Church - Lincolnton, GA. 

We ask that you keep the Partlow family in your thoughts and prayers.
