Jessie L. Proctor, age 96 of Elberton, Georgia entered into eternal rest May 11, 2018.

Funeral service, 3:00 pm Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Mack’s Funeral Home & Cremation Services- Elberton Chapel.

Interment will be in the New Doves Creek Baptist Church Cemetery, Elberton, Georgia.

Survivors include her brother: John Downer; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
