With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Mrs. Laura Virginia (Murray) DuBose 86, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, at her daughter’s home in Villa Rica, Georgia surrounded by family and love.

A Memorial service for Mrs. DuBose will be held on Saturday, March 14, 2026, at 1:00pm at Mack’s Funeral Home-Elberton Chapel.

The family will receive the community at Mrs. DuBose home at 1787 Bullard’s Ferry Road, Elberton, Georgia beginning on Thursday, March 12 at 5:00 pm.

We ask that you keep the DuBose family in your thoughts and prayers during this time and in the days to come.
