Ms. Maria Shedawnya Moon, 41, of Savannah, Georgia, passed away, Thursday, December 5, 2024, at St. Joseph Hospital. 

Born in Elberton, GA, she was the daughter of Thelma (Morrison) Bowens and the late Michael Moon.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories is her mother, Thelma (Morrison) Bowens of Hartwell, GA; one sister, Natasha Denney of Hartwell, GA; three brothers, Jamal Bowens of Hartwell, GA, Michael Dubose of Macon, GA, and Brokeem Long of Hartwell, GA; one uncle, Farris Morrison of Elberton, GA; one aunt,  Jacquelyn Deberry, Peoria, AZ; a special friend Elijah Graham of Savannah, GA; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service for Ms. Moon will take place on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 2:00pm Mack's Funeral Home - Hartwell Chapel
