Mary Isom

Mrs. Mary Isom, age 90 of Hartwell, Georgia entered her eternal rest on Thursday, July 13, 2023.

Mrs. Mary G. Isom was born on Dec. 17, 1932, to the late Edward Lee Roebuck and Ethel Scott.

Mary was a loving and caring soul. She was kindhearted. She loved her family and everyone that she encountered. She would show unconditional love. In her spare time, she would be completing word find books and listening to gospel music on her radio. We will forever cherish the beautiful moments we shared.

Mary was proceeded in death by her husband, the late Emory Isom Jr. her brothers the late James Edward Roebuck, Ernest Roebuck, and Anthony Roebuck. Her sisters, the late Jessie Roebuck and Olivia Roebuck. Her sons, the late Clarence Isom, Charles Isom, and Johnny Isom. Her daughters, the late Ethel Willingham, Brenda Morrison, and Sharon Johnson.

Mary leaves to cherish her sons: Kenneth (Elaine) Isom and Frankie Isom. Her daughters: Linda Keese and Janie (Lonnie) Robinson. Her stepson: Dwight (Letita) Brewer, and stepdaughter: Peggy Brewer. Her sisters: Emma Roebuck, Janice Norwood and Lavon Roebuck Verdell. Her brother: Herman Roebuck and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other friends.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 16, 2023, from 12:00 - 5:00pm, located at Mack's Funeral Home - Hartwell Chapel. 

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, July 17, 2023, at 11:00am, located at Sardis Missionary Baptist Church - Hartwell, GA. 

Interment will follow the funeral service at Sardis Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery - Hartwell, GA.
