Roosevelt "Booby" Davis, Jr.

Roosevelt Davis, Jr. was born on April 26, 1971, to the late Betty Martin Davis and the late Mr. Roosevelt  Davis, Sr. He departed his life on August 9, 2025.

Roosevelt was not a stranger to anyone he met. He was an avid fisherman just like his father, and he knew how to catch them. He owned a plethora of nicknames that will forever be remembered.

Left to cherish his memory are his significant other LaQuisha Browner; his daughter Sherri Rucker; his sisters Jessica Marie Davis, Connie (Quantec) Benning, Mary Teasley, Carolyn Robertson, Barbara Ann Cureton, Kimbila Blackwell; his brother Charles Sapp; two aunts Barbara (Charles) Burton, Genora (George) Statom; three very good friends Tony Hardman, Bernard Chappel and Stanley Ashmore; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Public Viewing will be held Friday, August 15, 2025, from 1:00 - 5:00pm, located at Mack's Funeral Home - Elberton Chapel. 

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 12:00pm, located at Mack's Funeral Home - Elberton Chapel.
