Rudine Patricia Wragg Phelps age 85, of Elberton, Georgia entered her eternal rest on Tuesday, September 21, 2021.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Tuesday, September 28, 2021, at St. Mary’s C.M.E. Church, Elberton, Georgia.
Interment will be in the Lincoln Height’s Cemetery, Elberton, Georgia.
Mrs. Phelps will be placed in the church at 1:00 pm Tuesday until hour of service.

Survivors include her husband: John L. Phelps; daughter: Alfrenita W. Smalls; brother: Samual Wragg; sister: Esther Harrell; 3 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
