Thomas "Meek" Demetrius Bone

Mr. Thomas "Meek" Demetrius Bone, age 44 of Elberton, Georgia entered his eternal rest on Wednesday January 10, 2024.

Demetrius Bone was born June 28, 1979, to Lizzie and Thomas Bone in Franklin County, Georgia. They were glad to welcome their beautiful
bundle of joy.

Demetrius attended Elbert County Schools. He worked in the granite and poultry industries. Demetrius was a great fisherman; he hardly missed out on a chance to go. He never minded sharing his catch with his friends. He had many friends and was known around as Meek. He loved giving out snacks to the neighborhood kids but mostly he loved his baby girl Meme. He will remain in our hearts forever.

Even though he has left this Earthly house; he has regained acquaintance in his Heavenly home with his grandmother Cynthia Harper and his grandfather Thomas Bone, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memories; his parents Lizzie and Thomas Bone; his daughter Shermetrius Bone; brother Omar S. Bone (Chiquita); grandmother Willie Kate Bone; bonus brothers Tim (Fran) Lewis, Antoine Allen, Kevin Lewis, Brian Lewis; bonus sisters Tina Gaines, Latasha McCord; God Sister: Kenya Davis, aunts Jeri Bolden, Sandra (David) Harper, Jacqueline (Ben) Willis, Cynthia (Paul) Kelly, Glendora Morrison, Arlena (Tom) Blackwell; god sister Lasheka Allen; god brother Torrance Holland; special little cousin Zyriah (Zeeda B) Hester; He also leaves to cherish his memories a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024, from 12:00 - 5:00pm, located at Mack's Funeral Home - Elberton Chapel. 

Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 19, 2024, at 2:00pm, located at Westside Presbyterian Church. 

Interment Service will follow the funeral service held at Lincoln Heights Cemetery - Elberton, Georgia.
