Matthew, we had no clue what to do and you guided us all the way with grace and dignity in providing us with a fitting tribute to a life well lived. I know our mom Helen is looking down from heaven watching over us - she would be enormously proud of you. You made this process so much easier for us - for that we are grateful. The staff’s attentiveness to our needs, and care in all the details of our mom’s final goodbye will not be forgotten. I would like to thank everyone at Mack's Funeral Home for the professional services that were provided to me and my family during the loss of our loved one. We were very pleased with everything and I am most certain that my late husband would have been pleased as well. I especially want to thank Carlos for going over and beyond to be sure that we were accommodated accordingly during our time of grief. I sincerely appreciate you and your staff, Mr. Davenport. I was at my wits end when my daughter passed away. The support that was extended to my family and me was extraordinary. The lost of my daughter broke my heart but your professionalism and empathy lifted my spirits. When you lose a love one there are many thoughts that race through your mind. From the moment I spoke with Carlos I felt at ease. He was very helpful and I could tell he was invested in his career. When my Uncle passed my last memory was that of tubes down his nose and life had left his body. Now my memory is him resting in peace. The team, which included but was not limited to Matthew and Darin, that was working together did an exceptional job to give the feeling of him sleeping without a care in the world.
