Bertha Mae Cleveland Harper, age 78, of Elberton, Georgia, passed January 15, 2016.

Funeral service 11:00 am, Tuesday, January 19, 2016, at St. Paul C.M.E. Church, Elberton, GA. Burial will be in the Lincoln Height’s Cemetery.

Survivors include her children: David Harper, Sr., Marcus Harper, Keith O. Harper, and Cynthia Harper; brothers: James Allen, Roosevelt Allen, and Willie Allen, Jr.; sisters: Margie Morrison and Mildred Dupree; 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
