We send you thoughts of comfort during this difficult time and as you grieve know that we are remembering you and honoring the fond memories that we have of “Potts” when you all were stationed with Greg and family at Fort Hood, Texas. Our prayer is that the love of God enfolds you and the family during this journey through grief. With love and hugs.

Message from The Canton High Class of 1989

Words cannot express how our hearts ache but God saw the need to pluck a beautiful flower from the graduating Class of 1989. Our hearts and minds are certainly with the family as we remember our dear brother, Ravon Potts. We are reminded of this love for martial arts, football player with Canton High School Tigers and his awesome humor. Our prayers are with the Potts Family as you prepare to heal and know that Ravon was an inspiration to the Class of 1989.

Ravon Potts you were and will always be my world. I am completely lost without you, I don't know which way to go now because we did everything together. I want you to know that I will forever love you with all my heart and soul. I could have never in a million of years ask for a better husband, friend, lover and father for our children. Just know that you're always in my heart and always on my mind.

I will love you forever
Betty

Uncle Potts,
I truly don't know where to start. To sum you up into one word I would have to say AWESOME! You are the epitome of what a man should be. I saw they way that you loved my Auntie and I've always said that she is one lucky lady to have you. I can only imagine that you are in heaven now laughing and talking to everyone because you never met a stranger. Our family took a major loss but I know that by the grace of God we will find comfort in knowing that you are no longer in pain and you are looking down on us from heaven. You were truly an inspiration to everyone that knew you. I can not begin to tell you how much you meant to us all. I will always remember how you would send me home with a bag full of stuff every time I visited you and Auntie, seeing you play with my boys and Kingston getting all excited whenever we would come over to visit you guys. There aren't too many like you left Uncle Potts. You will truly be missed! We love you with all of our hearts.
